Good hamper, delivery issues

I ordered a 'Prosecco Hamper' for my sister's birthday last month. The ordering process was pretty straightforward on their site; I picked it out, added a message, and checked out without any hitches. I opted for standard delivery, which they said would be 3-5 business days. It actually took 7 days to get to her place in Ohio, which was a bit frustrating because it missed her actual birthday. When it finally arrived, she said the hamper itself was lovely, with good quality items and nicely presented. The prosecco and snacks were a hit. I didn't need to contact customer support, so I can't speak to that. Overall, the product was good, but the delivery time was longer than expected.

Reliable for gifts

I've used Super Gift Online a few times now, mainly for family gifts. This time, I sent an 'Afternoon Tea Hamper' to my aunt. Just like my previous orders, everything went smoothly from selection to delivery. The hamper arrived on time, actually a day earlier than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The quality of the items in the hamper is always consistent; they're not skimping on anything. It's why I keep coming back, honestly. I know I can count on them for a good, presentable gift.

Quick, good chocolate

Ordered a 'Ferrero Rocher Bouquet'. It arrived fast. The chocolate was fresh. My friend loved it. No problems at all.

Worth it with discount

I was looking for a 'Vegan Gift Basket' and found Super Gift Online. I managed to get a first-order discount, which made the price much more appealing. The basket arrived within their stated delivery window, and the contents were pretty good for the price I paid. It felt like a solid deal. I wouldn't have bought it without the discount, but with it, it was definitely worth the money. It's a good option if you can snag a deal.

Decent value, slight delay

I bought a 'Birthday Hamper' for my dad. The selection was good, and the price felt fair for what was included. Ordering was easy enough. The delivery took about 6 days to get to Pennsylvania, which was a little slower than I hoped, but it did arrive before his birthday, so that's what counts. The packaging was secure, and everything inside was intact. My only minor gripe was the tracking updates; they weren't very frequent, so I was a bit in the dark for a couple of days. Customer service didn't need to be contacted though. Overall, a positive experience for the most part.
